Two volumes complete - Volume One - [8], 158pp, [2] and Volume Two - [8], 170pp. Contemporary quarter morocco and marbled paper over boards, smooth backs divided into six panels by single gilt rules, volume number in gilt to third panel.
Rubbed to spine ends, corners and edges bumped and worn. Front inner joint of volume one weak, some light foxing and browning, mainly to fore-edge margin, very lightly browned, but generally fairly clean. Now housed in a marbled paper over board slipcase made by Temple Bookbinders.
This copy with the full stop after 'Sonnets' on page 103 in volume one, and with 'function' spelled correctly on page 98 of volume two, D11 and D12 of volume one and B2 of volume two are cancels (as usual).
