Two volumes complete - Volume One - 141pp, [3] and Volume Two - 122pp, [2]. Contemporary full morocco, raised bands, spine in six panels, author and title to first panel, publishers initials to sixth, covers with attractive geometric design, Laurence Hodson's initials to the large central circle, with small roundels and dots to intersections all in gilt, gilt roll to edges and inner edges. Spines very slightly faded and very slightly dulled, otherwise very good indeed. Internally occasional hints of foxing, but generally bright and clean. From the library of Laurence W. Hodson, with his book label to front pastedown. Binding designed by Charles Ricketts and bound by Zaehnsdorf, with the monogram HR (for Hacon and Ricketts) to the inside of upper cover, limited edition of two hundred and eighteen copies, this being one of only eight printed on vellum. This book was shown at the Wolverhampton Exhibition, 1902. Watry B17
