Rebacked and recornered, original spine laid down with small amount of loss, bump to head of lower board, inner joints strengthened. Internally some light browning, plates with light foxing and browning to edges and often to images, but tolerably clean.

With hand-coloured aquatint frontispiece and fifty uncoloured aquatint plates (as called for).
