164pp, original green vellum, gilt designs to spine and upper cover, t.e.g., illustrated endpapers. Front cover slightly faded, rubbed to extremities, some scratching to lower cover, boards slightly splayed, new material ties. Endpapers lightly browned, internally quite bright and clean, complete with twenty-six tissue guarded illustrations by Nielsen. Limited edition of 500, this being copy number 5, signed by Nielsen to limitation leaf. Now housed in a cloth, velvet lined, drop back box, made by Temple Bookbinders, with the title, author and illustrator in gilt to spine
